SAKURA-X (commercial version of SASEBO-III) has Xilinx® FPGA devices Kintex™-7 (XC7K70T/160T/325T) and Spartan-6 (XC6SLX45 /LX100)
for cryptographic and interface circuits, respectively. It also has a 1-GB
DDR3 SRAM and supports FMC LPC interface for various option cards
SAKURA-X is a commercial version of SASEBO-GIII, which was developed by
AIST in a research project supported by JST/CREST (Japan Science and Technology Agency/Core Research for Evolutional Science
& Technology).
